He had a huge 2 vehicle collision, with one of the vehicles laying on is side with the driver stuck inside.  Needless to say, once the fire department started their extraction process, they were throwing car parts all over the area, including a flood drainage ditch.  I saw this and thought to myself, those parts will be there for years!  However, your driver arrived on scene as the car was still on its side and wasting no time, he began his work by hitting the flood ditch, making several trips up and down the ditch with misc. parts.  Once we pulled the car over with our winch, he immediately put down and swept up sand as well as the misc. papers spewed all over the place.Again, I want to commend him on his excellent service. I had a flat tire, it was raining and I had my son and a friend of his with me when I got the flat tire.  I have On Star to ge me out of difficult situations, unfortunatly, a lock smith was called to assist me with the flat; he proved to be completely incompetent when trying to remove the spare underneath my Tahoe.  He put the device in wrong to lower by spare, and because I don't know the difference between a jack and a wrench, I believed him when he told me the tool was striped.  Anyway, after he left, I called On Star again, and a Customer One Towing driver showed up.  He was sweet and helpful.  Right before he was going to hook up my car, I asked him if he knew anything about Tahoes and how idiotic it was that they didn't have a way to remove the spare from the car without a tool..you know in case the tool is "striped"....:)   He graciously walked to the back of my car, got the tool to retrieve the tire, and proceeded to change my tire!  The pervious guy had put the wrong end in!  he didn't refer know how to work the tool!  Anyway, your driver totally took care of  the situation and he didn't even have to!  He was even smiling!!
